How do balance trasnfers work?
If you transfer a credit card balance to Barclaycard, you can enjoy a competitive
balance transfer rate. Balance transfers may be subject to a handling charge
of 2%.
When you make a payment to your account, it will go towards paying off your
balance transfer first, which means any further purchases you make will be charged
at your standard APR. Your repayments will not start reducing the amount you
spend on the card until the transferred balance has been cleared.
All you need to do is complete your details on the online
Balance Transfer Application Form including the Credit or Store card information
from which you'd like to make the balance transfer.
